I initially retained LDDC services as organization consultants to help me to organize my new condo. They had the vision to turn inadequate closets into custom closets that double their size - and then organized our belongings so everything would fit with a purpose. Small suggestions about design were offered for aspects of our living area and I knew I had to hire them for a design overhaul. We were assisted with purchasing minimum furniture that would compliment the furniture that we already owned. All was rearranged - adding new accessories and area rugs. Now when I enter our apartment I feel - wow and think it looks like something featured in Architectural Digest. Martin and Lifestyle Designs DC are truly creative, professional and easy to work with. I never thought I would hire a designer and am so glad that we did.

In 2017 I had hired a contractor to renovate my 2 bed/1 bath condo in Northern Virginia. The contractor quoted me $50,000 for the job. At this point my job had me traveling to Europe, but Lifestyle Designs DC and Martin stepped-in to manage the renovation and create interior concepts for the project. Not only was I kept informed every step of the way, but they made design and material recommendations that ultimately reduced the total cost of the project down to $35,000. The place is spectacular and the value of the property has increased by $60,000.
